A lot of people have gone farther than they could because some someone else thought they could.

You’re on the edge, aren’t you? You’ve finally come to the place where decision meets determination but now you’ve got that lump in your gut. I know, I’ve been there. But I believe in you because you believe in yourself. If you didn’t believe in yourself you wouldn’t be standing on the edge, ready to jump head first into your project, ready to launch your balloon.
Deep inside you know that this is what you want to do, what you need to do, what’s going to take you to the place you’ve been wanting to go to for some time now. That’s awesome and I’m proud of you for taking the leap, but I can talk all day and you’re still sitting there with that lump in your gut and questions on your mind.
Will I make it? Will this crazy idea work? Can I feed my family on this? Am I good enough to take on this new position? Do I have the right experience? Will they fire me within the first week?
I’m sure that there have been times in your life when you felt this same uncertainty but despite the fear and questions, you moved ahead anyway. All of the terrible things that you thought were going to happen, all of the things that you were sure would go wrong probably didn’t…right? Ok, maybe it didn’t go as planned but you survived right? You made it work out by doing the things you knew you needed to do and by asking for help when you knew you needed it.
This is probably no different. You’re going to go out there and start working your plan and you’re going to adjust as necessary because this is your time and you’re going to make it work. Stand tall and take a deep breath because you’re about to begin a new chapter in your life…and please, let us know how it goes because we all believe in you.
