Yesterday is not ours to recover, but tomorrow is ours to win or lose.

I once said, “Of all of the decisions that I’ve made the only ones I regret are the ones I was afraid of making.” You can find that post here.
I once heard someone say that FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear is a primal feeling that we house deep inside of our very core. I’ve written a lot about fear because fear is real, often we will not admit that we are fearful, though.
Whatever your facing, if it’s new or larger than life then it will very likely be accompanied by fear. The fear is not going to go away because it’s there to protect you. Once you’ve made your move and things don’t explode in your face the way that fear has said that it would, then, and only then will the fear subside.
I wish I could have painted a brighter picture for you but I can’t. You’ll have to accompany fear for the first few steps before you feel the freedom you so desire.
