“You can never know what you are fully made of until you start to do the things that you fear the most.”

As MetroFactor.net approaches its 150th post, we are stepping into a new look as well. This “facelift” will allow more categories for more content. For those viewing via a computer, the look is fabulous! For those on portable devices, you’ll find all of the content by simply scrolling down your device and using the menus at the top under our site name. If you’re viewing MetroFactor.net via social media then, unfortunately, any new content may not be viewable to you. I would suggest that you visit us directly at www.MetroFactor.net You can also RSS feed MetroFactor.net or follow us to get direct notifications of new content.
The main focus will still be on the daily blog posts with added features like News and other information that you might find helpful in your quest to be your best. I am working feverishly on getting the new content up.
I often tell you that success can be found through baby steps even if we don’t know what the road ahead may look like, even if we don’t know what that first baby step will feel like, and even if it fills us with a nervous tension in our gut. I have a vision for MetroFactor.net and taking this baby step into the unknown has to happen for this vision to take shape and become a reality.
This new look will require more time on my part, more creativity, and more thought on all of the aspects that impact us as we strive to achieve, feel fulfilled, and leave a legacy that impacts the world.
I have received criticism for the topic that I chose to blog about. That I could well be peddling false hope, and filling people’s heads with fluff. I always try to lean towards the optimistic side of life and achievement but never have I stated that success happens without effort, learning, experience, and time.
If you’re working your way up from the bottom, if you have a dream that’s bursting to come out, if you need help to stay optimistic then keep reading my friend. I don’t care if you have no degree, more than one degree, or you’re working on your degree, the information here is meant to be usable and readable by all. It doesn’t matter if you seek success at work, in business, or you want to escape work to have a business of your own, my mission is to help you get yourself there…in baby steps, if that’s what it takes.
I sincerely hope that if MetroFactor.net has been a part of your daily reading, and that you would like to help spread a positive message, that you share this website with your friends, family, and coworkers.
I have always said that success is yours to define and yours to achieve. Thank you for making MetroFactor.net a part of your journey towards your achievement and sustainment thereof.
